Puzzle

The concept behind the design of the Austin, Texas Roscoe Property management firm is Puzzle. This comes from the process of buying a home being like completing a puzzle. As a buyer moves through the process, they discover different aspects of a property that they desire. These desires make up the different pieces of the puzzle that will eventually come together to create the complete picture of their perfect property.

Floor - Plan 1

Roscoe Property Management is a Real Estate firm that offers excellent service to their customers. The floorplan is designed for employers to easily navigate and guide their clients throughout the space.

At each corner there are workstations where employees can enjoy the scenery and the natural light in the space. The left middle side of the floorplan has phone booth areas and also a wellness room where people can go to relax privately. On the right side of the floorplan is a larger space with an open bar seating, small conference room and large conference room.

Lighting Plan

There are many lighting selections for the Roscoe Property Management space. It is important to be able to control the acoustics in the environment since there are many workstation areas. In order to achieve this, wood paneling is installed on the ceilings to control the noise in most used areas.

Lighting throughout the space will be digitally controlled. This not only benefits the building and costs but also having it customizable is great for the people using the space. The lighting will be changed throughout the day.

Mood Board

Neutral colors are used throughout the space with pops of cobalt blue, forest green and gold accents. Most chandeliers, pendants and lighting fixtures are gold. In every workstation area there are acoustical ceiling fixtures to control any unnecessary noise.
