Hello, I'm Julia, but you can call me Jules. I'm a passionate interior designer based in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. I have always had a deep love for interior design, and I find joy in transforming spaces into beautiful and functional works of art. I believe that well-designed interiors can enhance our lives.
I'm lucky to call Austin my home, a city known for its unique blend of culture and creativity. Living here has inspired my design aesthetic, which often reflects the eclectic and vibrant spirit of this city. In my free time, I'm an explorer at heart. I enjoy discovering new experiences and places. I also love trying out the diverse culinary scenes. I'm an avid reader and can often be found wandering the aisles of bookstores, searching for my next literary adventure. Austin is home to some fantastic coffee spots, and I'm always up for discovering new brews and cozy coffee shops.
I believe that good design should not only be visually appealing but also functional and tailored to the individual's needs and personality. My goal as an interior designer is to create spaces that reflect the unique stories and preferences of my clients.

How my passion started...
It all began when my uncle downloaded SketchUp on my computer at the age of eight years old. I was skeptical with the software at first but, I eventually got the hang of it. At the age of 12 I went to a camp called “Girl Start”. At this camp, they taught the software Sketch Up to young females. I remember being excited to show what I could do. One morning, a counselor took me to the side and asked if they could share my project to their website. Ever since then, it gave me confidence to keep designing.

Why I love Interior Design...
It is so important. Interior design changes everything not just for the space but most importantly for yourself. I always go into designing as a form of well being for the users. Interior design is not about selecting pieces for a space because it looks good. Interior design is about creating a space where people can function, feel creative, feel free, and be able to express themselves. Functionality and sustainability in design is crucial especially for future developments.
